You’ve probably heard the adage “Price/Quality/Speed - pick any two.” My experience in architecture has shown that when it comes to construction, the rule is you can pick any one…you can’t have two and three is, as Monty Python says “Right Out!”. So, as you get started on your next construction project, keep in mind you can have it fast or you can have it cheap or you can have quality. Don’t expect anything else and you’ll be happy.
