It has taken my 1989 suburban 'fast and cheap' house springing many leaks to learn the difference an architect can make when doing any work on your home. So thanks for reminding me of this as I head into my kitchen remodel. By the way, I tried to register but didn't receive an email sign up. I also bookmarked your site on Stumbleupon - hopefully that will bring more traffic to your site (which is a great idea). Thanks for the advice.
