		<description>Interesting, I hadn&#039;t thought of that aspect--we&#039;ve been very lucky because the market here has been slow for builders and with our addition being so unique even though it&#039;s a straightforward project for construction it&#039;s made builders eager to have it in their portfolio.  So far that&#039;s meant lower construction costs (cross those fingers).  

I was surprised at how inexpensive it has been to use an architect, here we have a product that we really love with someone who&#039;s helped us navigate the whole building process, and they&#039;ve only charged 10% of construction costs. To me that&#039;s a great deal.</description>
